Operator Assisted

You can call one of our operator assisted numbers to make a payment to various Council funds.

The service is available from Monday to Friday, between 9:00 am and 5:00 pm.

• Sundry Invoices*
• Housing Benefit Overpayments*
• Social Services Invoices*     

* Minimum transaction on these funds is £5.

Please note that we are only able to accept Housing Rent or Council Tax 
payments by Debit Card.
